Annie & Colin came to us after their wedding to preserve Annie’s Bouquet and memorialize their wedding:

Colin and I were married on October 4, 2014 at Doukenie Winery in Virginia.  Having never been a woman interested in flowers, I was shocked that i was absolutely obsessed with my wedding bouquet!  It was a gorgeous combination of greenery, blush garden roses, succulents and berries.  I knew after the wedding that I had to have it preserved, so we came to Applegate.  We chose a custom pentagon frame to reflect the iconic Pentagon Building in Virginia (the state in which we met) and also the shape of a panel on a soccer ball as we met on a soccer field.  Sara and her staff were amazing at preserving the flowers and taking the vision in my head and transforming it into a beautiful display!  We included the Save the Date, which I proudly designed as a graphic designer, and completed it with corks from all of the anniversaries leading up to the weddingas well as those from the bottles we popped on our engagement and wedding nights.  We are so in love with it and it will have a prominent location in our home for the rest of our lives!

We preserve bouquets here at the gallery and shadowbox them in custom frames of any shape.  This was the perfect shape to commemorate their relationship!
